Felicity Ball - Administrator and PA

I have been with AWARD since April 2005. Previous to AWARD, I have been an Office Manager for Building Construction companies and a Document Controller for Highway Construction companies, working on such schemes as the A55 Holyhead to Llandegai Construction and the M6 Toll Road Construction. I decided to move into the caring industry and took a role as a part-time Care Support Worker in a residential care home on Anglesey. Around the same time I took the role as part-time administrator for AWARD, which then led to a full time position as Administrator for AWARD North Wales and PA to Dr Catherine Robinson.
